The space
What defines its uniqueness is the location and the large terrace.
Hanging literally on the edge of the rock, it offers the ultimate view even inside the house.
The windows in the living room and the bathroom cool the space creating the perfect climate without technical means.
Even though you are so high up, you can hear the waves of the sea and the melodies from the boats celebrating the sunset.
If you are lucky enough to find yourself on a full moon night, the view from the terrace will captivate you.
The house has 1 comfortable bedroom with a double bed, a large wardrobe and chest of drawers, 1 wooden loft with 2 beds and a window overlooking the caldera.
In the living room there are 2 built-in, very comfortable sofas with a large table and a huge caldera view window, many board games, books and grandfather's binoculars.
The kitchen is connected to the living room and has all the necessary appliances.
As for the bathroom... that's a surprise.

The house is independent and is located in a complex of 3 houses.
When you reach the green wooden door you will see a large terrace. The house is the third.
At the end of the terrace next to the pot with the bougainvillea with the most beautiful view is the house.
This space is private and no one can enter without your consent.
The rest of the terrace located in the first houses is shared for passing.

Other things to note
Please Note that you need to walk down the caldera from the main pedestrian path of Oia.
Because of the stairs our house is not recommended for older or disabled persons.
For security reasons we accept children only under the full surpevision of their parents .
WE DON T RECCOMENT IT BECAUSE THE HOUSE IS LOCATED AT THE EDGE OF THE CALDERA ROCKS and there is no safety.
