Situated on a remote mountainside, Elevation 40 Zion is surrounded by the captivating wildlife of Southern Utah. From majestic bighorn sheep roaming the slopes to lively squirrels, chipmunks, and even the occasional desert hare, there's always a chance to spot something remarkable. Guests might catch glimpses of soaring hawks and eagles overhead or, with a little luck, hear the distant calls of coyotes as dusk settles.

Due to the cabin's remote location, smaller creatures native to the area, such as mountain mice and woodrats, may occasionally find their way into the vicinity. While we take measures to limit their presence indoors, these visits are part of the wilderness experience. What makes my home unique: a cabin on top of a mountain
Hi we are Rick and Gina. We are a traveling family based out of Southern Utah. We have been traveling around the world with our little growing family since 2017 and have visited 88+ countries. We were the owners of 7 vacation rentals in St George, UT for 6 years before selling them all and purchasing this newest property. We have been on the fence about renting it, but it's just too good not to share. We can't wait for your stay!
