DIRECTIONS TO USE THE HOUSE AND ITS COMMON AREAS
1. The house keys are in a lockbox in the back entrance (the one facing the pool). The code to open and close the box will be shared via private message.

2. The house has space for 2 vehicles. If there are more, these must be parked on the side of the street and not in the spaces of the other condominiums.

3. Please do not forget to lock the locks when leaving the house alone.

4. When entering the house for the first time, you will need to activate the electricity switches (breaker box) located in the dining area.

5. All utensils in the house are at your complete disposal and we appreciate the good use you can give them.

6. The house has 1 double bed and 2 single beds. There is a bed underneath the double bed, a mattress that can be placed somewhere with enough space, and the sofa in the living room can be converted into a bed as well.

7. Please use the A/Cs with their respective remote control and avoid leaving them on when leaving for several hours.

8. Keep glass doors closed to optimize A/C performance.

9. Behind the ranch area is a laundry room at your disposal.

10. Before entering the pool you will need to shower first.

11. It is forbidden to be in the pool area with meals or drinks.

12. We appreciate maintaining a good neighbor's behavior when making use of common areas such as the pool and ranch.

13. In case of bringing pets, they must leave with their respective leashes in the area of common areas (i.e psychine and ranch).

14. Pets are prohibited from entering the pool.

15. When leaving, please disconnect the breaker box switches and leave the refrigerator doors open.

16. When exiting, make sure to leave all sales and doors closed with the poles blocking the lanes. The back door is the only one not getting locked.
