THE OUTSIDE
You'll love the modern design and thoughtful planning that have gone into the creation of this private oasis. The curvy pool and large spa are all new and offer the latest in pool technology.
You'll find a propane BBQ grill with an extra tank for your use as well as a drink cooler on wheels to keep drinks cold at poolside. Adjacent to the BBQ is the covered, remote controlled and lighted outdoor dining table for entertaining all your guests with a delightful cocktail or outdoor meal, in the shade, or under the stars. The roof for the shade cover opens with the remote to allow for blue sky on sunny days and stars in the evening.
When it's time to unwind, the fire pit lends itself to a great place to gather with family and guests.
You'll also find sun loungers and seating around the pool and patio. Plenty of sun and shade to suit everyone with a remote retractable shade awning that extends out from above the patio doors and a shade umbrella that can be moved around the patio to create shade exactly where you want it. So many options!!
The gardens have been lovingly planned and are manicured to perfection. You'll amaze at the tranquil mood created by the lovely desert landscapes set against the mountain views. There is also a grassy side yard with the original clothesline still intact to hang wet towels and swimsuits out to dry.
The back yard is completely walled and private.
INSIDE THE HOUSE

Enter into the house through a stunning courtyard with beautiful desert plantings to the front door and directly into the great room. This open concept Kitchen/Dining/Living Room encompasses the south side of the home and has a wall of windows and sliders looking out to the back yard and pool. You'll find a completely remodeled kitchen with all new and modern appliances. There is a dry bar with a wine fridge in the foyer.
The dining room has a dining table with seating for 6 and into the living room you'll find a fireplace, stylish mid-century furniture and exposed beam ceilings for a very open, airy feeling.
The 65" Smart TV floating above the decorative fireplace. Please note that the TV is loaded with streaming apps and is ready for use with your subscriptions. No cable options or live TV is provided.
THE BEDROOMS
All three bedrooms feature all new beds and mattresses.
Bedroom 1 has two beds: One Queen bed and One Twin bed

Bedroom 3 (Master Bedroom) has a King size bed. The master also has an ensuite bath, 55" Smart TV streaming ready for your subscriptions. The master has a slider that leads to a small patio which is private to the master suite. The master bath also has a door leading outside.
Each bedroom has ample hangers in the closets and a dresser for clothing in the closet or in the bedroom itself.
THE BATHS
Both bathrooms have a single sink vanity and a standing shower (no tub). The hall bath is shared by Bedroom 1 and Bedroom 2. The master suite has a private bath. Soaps, shampoos, and conditioners, as well as all paper products are provided for your stay (long term stays over 28 days excluded).
There is a new stack laundry pair for your use in the hall. Laundry detergent is provided.
At all Host Palm Springs rentals: soaps, cleaning products, paper products and toiletries are always provided for short term stays (less than 29 days).

Other things to note
**Due to the mechanical limits of air conditioning equipment and the extreme temperatures in the desert during summer months, thermostats cannot be turned below 72 degrees. 72 is a very comfortable indoor temperature when outdoor temps are over 105-120 degrees.
This is a no pets/no smoking rental.
The pool can be warmed for a fee which varies depending upon the time of year. We will discuss this with you upon booking or can quote it for you ahead of time. Pool warming is usually needed from November – May of each year. Spa heat is always complimentary.
Palm Springs has a few rules around renting in our city. These rules apply to ALL short-term rentals in the city and are not our house rules, however we must inform you of these rules and apply them to your rental per city law. To summarize:
~ You must be 25 years old to rent/Responsible party must provide copy of ID.
~ No more than 2 people per bedroom allowed (6 adults for this house, plus 2 children under 12)
~ No more than 3 cars can be parked at the house (1 per bedroom)
~ No OUTDOOR music allowed 24 hours per day (indoor music cannot be audible at the property line)
~ A separate contract is required (in addition to the 3rd party booking company contract).
