Newly updated 3-bedroom, 2nd row home in the heart of Oak Island with ocean view. Steps away from beach access and less than a 1/2 block to all the events and happenings at Middleton Park. PLUS you can avoid the new parking fees.
Bonus Family/Game room with Queen Bed, Ping Pong Table, Air Hockey Table, Refrigerator and Coffee Bar in the Lower Level.
Guest access
Guests have full access to entire house.
Entrance to Lower Level is NOT directly accessible from inside the Upper Level. Guests have access to Lower Level which has a family game room, laundry, beach storage and full bathroom. Entry to Lower Level via the front and back entrances . Same code as Upper Level entrance.
Other things to note
Your linens will be delivered in wrapped and labeled packages just prior to your arrival by a professional linen service company, and include sheets for all beds, bath towels, hand towels and wash cloths for each individual, kitchen towels and dish cloths, as well as bath mats. The house will have pillows, blankets and quilts. You'll want to be sure to bring beach towels!
Beach access is at 43rd Street.
Additional Rules for Our Guests With Dogs:
-Dogs must be pre-approved by the owner. Only the dogs that are listed in the booking are allowed - this includes service dogs. Up to 2 dogs are permitted with a non-refundable pet fee. Violation of this rule will result in a $250 fine for each additional dog.
-We require a non-refundable pet fee of $125 per visit for one dog and $200 for two dogs. We do not allow more than 2 dogs unless an exception is made in writing. Please note that the pet fee will be charged after the booking is approved IF not charged during booking and must be paid before check-in.
-Dogs must be housebroken, crate trained and current on Rabies, Distemper and Parvovirus vaccines.
-Dogs are NOT permitted on furniture
-Do not leave dogs outside unattended at any time.
-In order to respect our neighbors please keep your dog(s) from barking excessively.
-Please pick up waste and toss in outside garbage can.
-All dogs must be crated when left unattended.
-Owners will be charged accordingly for damages to the property caused by their dogs.
-There are 4 outdoor cameras at this property. 1 is facing the main entrance to the lower level, 1 is facing the main entrance to the upper level, 1 is facing the side upper entrance and 1 is facing the lower level back entry door.
