With stylish interiors, generous living spaces, and everything you need for a comfortable stay, it’s ideal for gatherings of all kinds. Just a 10-minute walk through the scenic Tregenna Castle grounds brings you to the golden sands of world-class Porthminster Beach.

The space
The heart of the house is the stunning first-floor open-plan living area, where warm light streams through large windows. This expansive space includes a cosy lounge, a large dining table, and a sleek, modern kitchen centred around a social island.

The fully equipped kitchen features two Neff ovens and warming drawer, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, induction hob and Nespresso machine.

On the first floor is also the Master Bedroom with superking bed, skylights, dressing table and large wardrobes, as well as a large ensuite shower room.

From this level, step out onto the balcony to enjoy your coffee with a view from one of the comfortable seating areas.

The ground floor offers a variety of private and shared spaces for your group to spread out and relax:
* Twin Bedroom: Two comfortable single beds.
* Double Bedroom: Can be configured as two single beds or one kingsize bed.
* Double Bedroom: A kingsize bed with a private ensuite bathroom.
* Double Bedroom: A superking bed with a private ensuite bathroom.
* Snug/Playroom: A fun zone with a double sofa bed, PS4 console, children's books, toys, and a dedicated workspace.
* House Bathroom: Features a bathtub with an overhead shower.
* Utility Room: With washing machine, tumble dryer and plenty of storage space.
* Garage/playroom: With table tennis and a darts board
* Warm Outdoor Shower: For freshening up after sandy beach days!

Just off the ground floor, you'll find an outdoor deck area with a dining space, perfect for alfresco meals.

Guest access
Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire home, its grounds, and all listed amenities. This includes:
* Private entrance
* Entire multi-level house
* Outdoor deck and balconies
* Free on-premises parking
* Access to an EV charger for electric vehicles.

Other things to note
Leisure Facilities:
The Tregenna Resort have asked us to clarify their policy regarding the use of the leisure facilities for our guests staying at Eden Rest.

Guests staying in our property unfortunately do not have use of the outdoor swimming pool at any time in the year.

Other leisure facilities are only available during Cornish term time dates.

The golf can be booked throughout the year, along with treatments booked at Castle Beauty which are chargeable for all residents and non-residents.
