ECHO l THE DESIGNER'S HOUSE is located in the heart of the traditional settlement of Parikia, across the Public Library building.
Positioned in a central yet quiet place, only a few feet away from unique archaeological monuments and museums, picturesque cafes and restaurants, dreamy sandy beaches, the main port of the island, the market street, and several parking areas, the house can host perfectly up to four persons at any time of the year.

The space
ECHO is an 85 sq.meters, two floored house.

The ground floor consists of a living room, a dining room, a storeroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, a bedroom with a queen size bed, closet and working station, and a private backyard.

The upper floor consists of a bedroom with a queen size bed, closet and working station, a private bathroom and balcony, and a terrace. Both bedrooms have a/c, ceiling fans, heating panels, and satellite smart TV. The whole house is fully air-conditioned and heated. Free wi-fi is available.

Built over a century ago, fully restored in 2019, the house is a contemporary miniature mixture of several Cycladic architectural elements. Constructed with local raw materials (stone, marble, wood, plaster, cement) by local skilled technicians and equipped with contemporary, international design award winning furniture and equipment, the house is a cozy yet luxurious relaxing hideaway.
