Welcome to your modern Eagle escape. Enjoy a fully updated 3-bedroom home tucked into a quiet neighborhood just a short walk from downtown Eagle’s restaurants, wine bars, and shops. Unwind in the new private hot tub, gather around the firepit, and pick fresh herbs and peppers from the backyard salsa garden. Whether you’re here for a Treasure Valley wine weekend, a family visit, or a Boise-area relocation scouting trip, this home is designed for slow mornings and starlit evenings.

The space
• Self check-in via keypad — available 24 hours
• Minimum age of primary renter: 25
• Identify if you are a photographer or business.
• No pets (due to allergies, thank you for understanding)
• No smoking anywhere on the property
• Trash day is Wednesday
• Quiet residential neighborhood. Please respect neighbors, especially after 10pm
• Exterior security cameras record 24/7 at entry points (none indoors or in private spaces)
• Salsa garden is seasonal ~ peak harvest July through September

Guest access
Guests will have complete access to the home. Garage is off limits to guests. The outside storage on the side of the home is off limits. We store supplies here and try to limit our visits when guest are present, but if we need to grab something we will send a message. If you see us please feel free to say “hi”. Otherwise, we will keep to ourselves.

Other things to note
Step into a home designed for connection and comfort. The open living area flows into a fully updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a custom island that seats eight, perfect for shared meals, board games, or a glass of Sunnyslope wine.

Three bedrooms sleep up to six:
• Primary suite — King bed, walk-in closet, en-suite bath
• Bedroom 2 — Queen bed
• Bedroom 3 — Queen bed

Two full bathrooms, two smart TVs ready for your streaming logins, and fast Wi-Fi throughout. A dedicated workspace gives remote workers room to spread out.

Outside is where this home truly shines. The refreshed backyard features a brand-new private hot tub, a firepit for crisp Idaho evenings, a fully fenced yard, and a working salsa garden where guests are welcome to pick fresh tomatoes, peppers, and herbs in season. Outdoor seating, lawn space, and uncovered patio round out the space.

High-end linens. Central A/C and heat. Indoor washer and dryer. Pack N Play available (upon request) for families with little ones.

Eagle is the Treasure Valley’s sweet spot ~ a charming, walkable downtown with elevated restaurants, wine bars, boutiques, and the beloved Saturday Market just a short stroll from this home. You’re 20 minutes from downtown Boise and the airport, 15 minutes to Sunnyslope wine country, and within easy reach of the Boise River greenbelt, Eagle Island State Park, and Bogus Basin in winter.

Walk to dinner. Bike the greenbelt. Wine taste in the afternoon. Soak in the hot tub at night. This is Eagle.
