Special note: The cottage is on a septic system so please only dispose of natural waste and toilet paper in the toilets. All other items should be placed in the trash can.

There will be an additional charge of $250 if there are signs of smoking inside.

Do not start the fireplace.

RV parking is allowed on the property.
