Surrounded by the island’s most luxurious hotels, our apartment is located in a quiet residential complex with a fantastic pool and beautiful gardens. The accommodation features two large, sunny terraces for sunbathing and dining outdoors, a comfortable living room with a large Smart TV, fiber Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances, a bedroom with an extremely comfortable double bed, and a spacious bathroom.

The space
The spacious apartment is located in the privileged area of Playa del Duque in Costa Adeje, one of the most exclusive places on the island, surrounded by the most luxurious hotels in Tenerife. The accommodation is situated in a peaceful residential complex that offers both adult and children's pools, as well as sunbathing areas and complimentary loungers.

The apartment, ideal for couples or families, features two large and sunny opposing terraces, ensuring almost constant sunlight. The rear outdoor space includes an outdoor dining area, an additional breakfast table, an umbrella, and two comfortable loungers, allowing you to enjoy the outdoors with complete privacy. The front terrace overlooks the pool area, although it's relatively distant, ensuring tranquility.

The fully equipped and separate kitchen includes all appliances: ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge, washing machine, and microwave. It also directly connects to the outdoor dining area, making it even more convenient to enjoy your culinary creations.

The space also boasts a spacious living room with a comfortable sofa bed, dining table, coffee table, and storage furniture. The room is complete with a 43" Smart TV capable of streaming television.
