Two floor house is located in Villa Argentina (Atlantida), right behind the coastal street ("Rambla"). It is a five minute walk to the beach ("playa serena"), which is perfect for swimming and with children.

The house provides a beautiful view on the beach, the coastline and the ocean from the master bedroom (first floor) and from the terrace (second floor).

The space
