Simple and cozy studio that can accommodate 2 people. It is decorated in a modern style and located in one of Lisbon's most charming areas: Intendente - just five minutes from the Mouraria district.

The space
This studio is decorated in a contemporary style, with two single beds - which can be put together. Inside you'll find a fully equipped kitchen with all the resources you need to cook your own meals. You can also use the TV with the free Netflix app and internet access, a washing machine, fridge, Nespresso coffee machine and all the necessary cutlery and crockery. Finally, there is a spacious bathroom with a shower, toiletries, towels and a hairdryer. The apartment also has free Wi-Fi, so feel free to make use of it!

Outside you'll find a small terrace with chairs and a table suitable for enjoying a drink in the evening.
At the moment, work is underway on a development in the building's block, which may cause construction noise during the day. We appreciate your understanding, as this is something I can't control and it's not on our property.

The Intendente is surrounded by the most incredible places in the historic center of Lisbon, such as the Castelo de São Jorge, Graça, Baixa, Mouraria, Chiado and a few minutes walk to the famous Alfama district. The apartment is so central that you can explore the main attractions of the city on foot and get lost in its charms while always being close to home! Recently, the Intendente was elected a “Must Visit Place” by the New York Times Magazine.
