Simple and cozy studio that can accommodate 2 people. It is decorated in a modern style and located in one of Lisbon's most charming areas: Intendente - just five minutes from the Mouraria district.

The space
This studio is decorated in a contemporary style, with two single beds - which can be put together. Inside you'll find a fully equipped kitchen with all the resources you need to cook your own meals. You can also use the TV with the free Netflix app and internet access, a washing machine, fridge, Nespresso coffee machine and all the necessary cutlery and crockery. Finally, there is a spacious bathroom with a shower, toiletries, towels and a hairdryer. The apartment also has free Wi-Fi, so feel free to make use of it!

Guest access
Outside you'll find a small terrace with chairs and a table suitable for enjoying a drink in the evening.
At the moment, work is underway on a development in the building's block, which may cause construction noise during the day. We appreciate your understanding, as this is something I can't control and it's not on our property.

Other things to note
According to Portuguese legislation, I will have to request the following: - Payment of a tourist tax of 2 euros/night - which applies to all guests aged 13 and over, up to a maximum of 14 euros per stay; - Registration of information on foreigners for our Border Control Service, where the following information must be collected: name; nationality; date of birth; place of birth; type of identification document; number of identification document; issuing country of identification document; date of check-in and check-out; and country of residence.

Where you’ll be

Lisbon, Portugal

Welcome to Lisbon's most multicultural neighborhood! One of the most picturesque sites of the Portuguese capital is an area in which the most imposing buildings of the nineteenth century now receive a new life and are steeped in a vibrant soul, never ignoring their disposition and historical importance. Nowadays, the streets and commerce of the Intendente are full of young artists and intellectuals, as well as new design shops, vintage shops, restaurants and rustic cafes that ensure that every day and night is magical and full of life around this location. In the heart of its main square is a statue in honor of one of our greatest designers, responsible for the design and transformation of the neighborhood - Joana Vasconcelos. The Intendente is surrounded by the most incredible places in the historic center of Lisbon, such as the Castelo de São Jorge, Graça, Baixa, Mouraria, Chiado and a few minutes walk to the famous Alfama district. The apartment is so central that you can explore the main attractions of the city on foot and get lost in its charms while always being close to home! Recently, the Intendente was elected a “Must Visit Place” by the New York Times Magazine.
