Private entrance.Very large space that is a nice, beautiful walk to the Historic Downtown Mall near lots of restaurants and shopping. Quiet neighborhood. A large bedroom with a queen bed. It's your own apartment for your Charlottesville stay! Decorated throughout with the work of great local artists. Fast WiFi, all kitchen necessities, and quiet.

Private entrance in a 2-story house. It is a HUGE space (approx 1,000 sq feet in size) and a beautiful walk to the Historic Downtown Mall. Super quiet, safe, and in a great neighborhood. Awesome place with a private entrance, Refrigerator, coffee maker (coffee supplied!), microwave, toaster oven, and a hot plate. 50" Flat screen, FAST wifi, Big bedroom, BIG living room, bar, full bathroom with shower/tub. It has it all! I'm a former long-time restaurant owner in C'ville... so you know my guidebook has the restaurants that are on point (many, many meals have gone into creating it!). I'm happy to give you honest feedback about any of them, and my picks are also good for any budget. Thanks for looking!
