Luxury awaits in this serviced high rise. You can sit on your balcony and watch downtown. Your private suite and bathroom has a queen size bed, desk w/chair, dresser, table for 2, walk in closet, refrig, microwave, recliner. Shared w/other 2 bdrms enjoy fully stocked kitchen, dining/living area, Building has door man, laundry room, social room w/free coffee machine for lattes and cappuccinos, package room, parking. Walk to parks, stores, restaurants, light rail to events, metro hub.

The space
Enter the building with the door man and take elevator to the unit where you can hang out and watch tv in share space (5 recliners), enjoy kitchen with all cookware and dishes, spices and condiments, coffee/tea. Dining room or take your dinner into your own private suite with your own dining table, desk, recliner, tv, bed, walk in closet, full bath or go to social room and hang out on 6th floor with tables, library, tv. If your energetic you can go work out in the gym !! On-site laundry room. Pool/spa/outdoor kitchen being remodeled ready in June hopefully.

Guest access
Besides your own private suite in this unit, you also have access to kitchen w/all that is needed including air fryer, blender, spices, etc. Living room with 5 recliners spots, board games, dining table for 6. There is one bicycle available. You also have space in the building to hang out.

Other things to note
The HOA requires criminal background check and for acknowledgement of HOA rules signed. So upon acceptance I will need to send you a link and documents to fill in and the cost of the report is $40. Awesome place to live and so convenient as well as all furnishing are very new !! Lots of options close to unit for food and fun !!!!
