Located on Bouctouche Bay with dune views, miles of beaches, the Irving Eco Center, walking/biking paths, plus managed ATV, skidoo, and ice-fishing access. This 1,700 sq ft suite on the lower level of a raised bungalow has lots of natural light and plenty of space to unwind. Enjoy bay access, a cozy fireplace, your own BBQ and outdoor dining/lounge area, and a fire pit. Just 5 min to Bouctouche, 10 min to J.K. Irving Arena, 20 min to Shediac, 30 min to Kouch/Neguac Park, and 40 min to Moncton.
