Neighborhood highlights

I love our neighborhood for so many reasons starting with our proximity to Mexico and the multicultural community. We also offer many historical examples of architecture within our downtown neighborhood.

The Mexican border crossing is just a short walk down the hill. We can advise on various dining and shopping adventures since we go there often. (yes, it's safe) . Always bring your passport. It IS another country.

There are wonderful local, family owned, Mexican restaurants on the Arizona side... We'll be pleased to advise on the best of the best OR see our comments and ratings on TripAdvisor.

Outside the City, we have two lakes with multiple walking trails for bird watching opportunities.
We are within a 30 minutes drive to the tourist enclaves of Patagonia and Tubak.

Lives in Nogales, Arizona
My mom and I bought this home in 1998 to be our 'our Year in Provence' project & home. Though I used to live in Bali with my husband, we all enjoy tending to the garden and our historic home. Our neighborhood is just that a 'neighborhood' & is safe enough to walk our dogs in the early evening light. Yes, we overlook Mexico from this apartment's windows and it is all quiet down there. Please bring your passport so you can walk over & support the local economy.
