We are finally opening our door this 2024 as Door 111B of the Wagner Country Homes, a family bungalow turned into a 20-pax ready guesthouse.

Other things to note
Airbnb only computes payment up to 16 pax. For every additional guest per night after the 16th guest, pay P750 upon check-in.

The house isn't equipped with a backup generator. While power outages are rare in our area, they can occasionally occur due to severe weather, maintenance, or other unforeseen circumstances. It's important to note that our policy does not provide refunds due to power outages, as these are beyond our control.
