You can easily reach the airport (Falcone Borsellino), the most renowned seaside areas of Palermo (Mondello, Sferracavallo, Barcarello, Isola delle Femmine), the central station to be able to go on a trip out of town in less than an hour to Cefalù, San Vito Lo Capo, Balestrate, Castellammare del Golfo, Monreale, Erice, etc.
