The upstairs portion is completely separate from the downstairs of the house with its own private entrance. Stunning Views out every window! The entire space is yours to enjoy without any host involvement. 6+ minute drive to Pismo, Grover Beach, & Arroyo Grande - Near Avila beach, Shell beach & San Luis Obispo - 30 min drive Cayucos, Morro Bay and Solvang.

~ 2 Bedrooms each includes 1 Boll & Branch King organic cotton bed and bedding + duvet and Beautyrest UltraComfort BLACK pillows for the most restful sleep ever. There is plenty of storage for your belongings in the closet, dresser and night stands. Relax and enjoy a movie on the 55" smart tv with Netflix included.

~Full Restroom includes a shower/bath combo with Lavender and Vtiamin C diffusing shower head, cucumber mint shampoo + body wash and black cherry conditioner, along with 100% cotton over-sized towels and all necessities when away from home. The half bath provides an additional area for getting ready or restroom use.

~Kitchen includes a full size oven, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, waffle maker + mix, Quintessa fresh roasted coffee, coffee pot, pots, pans, eating & cooking utensils along with all other amenities necessary to cook a delicious meal at home!

Neighborhood highlights

Our home is across from the schools giant green field. It gives the sense of feeling very open, bright and colorful as opposed to looking at homes across the street. Our home and the surrounding homes all have tropical landscapes for that much desired relaxing beach vibe. Quintessa coffee is a 2 to 3 minute walk and roasts their coffee in-house daily. It is AMAZING! The restaurants in the area are great for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Message us on airbnb anytime for food recommendations as we love to hunt down new and delicious food offerings :)
