Staying at our beautiful & cozy cottage is a great choice for couples or individuals to have an enjoyable vacation and need to relax. It has an open concept living room and kitchen; a spacious 1-bedroom with a king-size bed and lots of storage space; and 1 bathroom with a soak tub. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs. There is a pull-out couch in the living room to accommodate 2 additional guests (must add additional guests to your reservation).

Because we understand that our guests don't have full control of their travel arrival & departure times, "Early Check-In" and "Late Check-Out" options may be granted based upon availability. If you require this option, please inquire prior to making a reservation. We will try our best to accommodate your needs.
CLEANING FEE:
• Additional cleaning service during your stay is $20(US) per cleaning and must be requested 24-hours in advance.
NOTE – NO PRIVATE POOL:
There is no access to the pool on the property unless the villa and cottage are rented together. There are Community Pools throughout the gated community available for use – access fees may apply.
VERY IMPORTANT:
The Administration of Sosua Ocean Village REQUIRES ALL HOSTS TO PROVIDE COPIES OF EACH GUEST’S VALID GOVERNMENT ISSUED IDENTIFICATION BEFORE ARRIVAL. You must submit a copy of each person’s ID, who will be traveling with you, in advance when you make a reservation. Any person who does not provide their identification will be denied access to Sosua Ocean Village by security and it will be beyond DomTri’s control.
NOTE: We trust and appreciate everyone who chooses to stay at our home. We also have respect for everyone’s privacy, and we ask for your full cooperation with this requirement in order to complete your reservation. Understand that this requirement is fully enforced by the Sosua Ocean Village Administration & security officers.
ADDITIONAL RENTAL OPTIONS:
There is a fully detached private 2-bedroom villa with 2 ½ bathrooms, a full kitchen, living room and a private pool on the property (next to the cottage) which allows you to reserve this entire spacious property as 3-bedrooms, 3 ½ bathrooms, 2 living rooms and 2 kitchens – accommodating 4 extra guests at an additional cost per night. Renting the cottage and villa together accommodates up to 8 guests. The 2-bedroom villa also has similar amenities for your comfort during your stay.
This is a great option if you are traveling with friends &/or family and you need extra space but wish to stay near to one another. Sosua Ocean Village offers Santa Fe Waterpark, Santa Maria Restaurant, Maria’s Restaurant which is located at the oceanfront section of the gated community with breathtaking views and ambiance. The community also has a Bar El Barco (Boat Bar), fitness-center, tennis center, spa & beauty salon and also Laguna SOV water park with a restaurant, fishing lagoon and children's entertainment center.
