Our villa boasts a private infinity pool with jacuzzi and waterfalls, large and equipped kitchen, fully airconditioned living areas and bedrooms (15 adults sleeping capacity), very comfortable chiropractic beds. Have fun with the whole family and friends at this stylish place.
The space
The property is located in a gated subdivision in Bacoor, Cavite, 20 kms from NAIA Terminal 3, and 41kms to Tagaytay. It is close to malls (4kms from NOMO, 5.4kms from SM Bacoor), supermarkets (3.2kms from Waltermart), wet market (2.4kms from 678 Wet Market), and restaurants.

The kitchen is equipped with:

Guest access
Guests have full access to the house except to the 3rd floor, storage room, outdoor stairs area, pool equipment area, and 40% of the carport being used to store owner's car.
Other things to note
1. Pets: Unfortunately, this is not a pet-friendly villa. Pets are strictly not allowed and violation could result to a P5,000 penalty.
2. Noise: Please observe quiet times from 9pm to 8am. We are in a residential area and don't want to disturb our neighbors hence any loud noise from music, screaming, shouting, is strictly prohibited. Karaoke must not be used between 10pm to 8am (we might collect the mics during this period). Boom box or any loud outdoor music or screaming/squealing are not allowed at ALL TIMES. Please ensure all sliding doors and windows are closed at all times. Violation of our quiet times policy could result to P5,000 penalty. Any complaints from the neighbour on loud behaviours during quiet times will result on immediate eviction from the property.
3. Guests: Only registered guests are allowed. We can only provide beds and towels for 15 adults. We charge P500/pax per night in excess of 15 guests (5yrs and up) and only allow maximum of 20 pax in the property. Guest list with full names needs to be provided prior to checking in. We would also require the booker guest to provide a copy of 1 valid ID (ID number can be blurred).
4. Security: CCTVs are placed outdoors for your security. We are covering the indoor CCTVs following Airbnb policy.
5. Smoking: Smoking is strictly not allowed in the property and must be done outside. We are imposing a Php 5,000 penalty for violation of our smoking policy.
6. Aircon: All rooms are equipped with split type aircon. Ideal sleeping temperature is 24c. Please ensure all doors and windows are closed when aircons are in use to protect our units.
7. Cleanliness: We do not charge a cleaning fee as we expect our guests to leave the property as clean and tidy as they find it. We will charge you P3,000 cleaning fee should you leave the property filthy.
8. Rubbish: The subdivision has a strict policy on waste segregation. Kindly segregate your wastes and place them to the appropriate bins provided.
9. Swimming Pool: Pool equipment is turned off between 10pm to 7am. Swimming pool cannot be used during these times. Eating and drinking in the pool and pool side are strictly prohibited. No glass is allowed in the pool area. Kids must be accompanied by the adults at all times. Pool side is expected to get wet most of the time hence can get slippery so running is not allowed. Please do not put soap, shampoo or any detergent in the pool/jacuzzi.
10. Toilet: Please DO NOT flush any other items (napkin/pads, plastic etc), in the toilet other than toilet paper.
11. Items provided: Towels, plates, spoon etc must stay in the house and must NOT be taken with you upon check out.
12. Food consumption: Food and drinks are not allowed to be consumed on the beds nor in the pool area.
13. Towels and Sheets: Kindly use them carefully. Any stains on the sheets/towels may cost you P500 to P5,000 depending on the severity.
14. Property Damages: Any damages caused by the guests must be reported to the host/staff and compensation must be settled prior to check out.
Any violation to the above rules and unacceptable behavior towards our staff may result to the cancellation of your booking without a refund.
