I felt at home in the apartment. Local vendors were on the street, laundry service below, great kitchen, nice patio overlooking the city. It was perfect.

My partner and I frequently visit Maria's place for our stay cation and its in a great location, nearby lots of great restaurants, walking distance to MOA and always meticulously clean. her place has all the amenities we need and she is very responsive to any of our needs. Recommend her place 💯 % for any travelers visiting Pasay.

The host is very responsive and friendly. She even recommended me to the restaurants and convenient store around the place. No matter the time of the day, she was able to reply back to help with my problems or answer my questions. I appreciate all the emails regarding to the pool and she’s very welcoming. The place was really convenient if you are looking for a place to stay while in Makati — accessible to a lot of restaurants. It was also clean, kitchenwares are complete if you plan to cook, appliances works well, internet is reliable, secured door. The hosts are friendly and accommodating.

I have stayed here several times. It is always easy to book, easy communication with owner and clean. He is quick to respond and deal with any issues even when I have been the cause. As a return customer it is nice to see that he is constantly upgrading the unit. It really shows the care and concern for good experiences that the owner shows to his customers.
