Four Fort Crescent is a stunning five storey Georgian house with direct sea views, meters from the sandy beach. This boutique holiday home offers 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, additional toilet, drawing room with floor to ceiling windows (direct sea views), games room, a fully equipped open plan kitchen/diner and south facing walled garden with BBQ.
Free WiFi, flat screen TVs, BOSE sound system (with a cot and highchair on request).

The space
This beautiful house allows friends and families to spend time together and enjoy all that is on offer as there is something for everyone to love .
Whilst having a glass of bubbly, you can enjoy the direct sea views from the stunning drawing room with children and/or other guests spending time in the games room, playing pool or watching a movie. You don't have to worry about anyone being bored if it rains! Parents can relax whilst cooking (as little ones have space to play in the kitchen) or you can have a BBQ in the south facing garden. No need to venture out, as everything is there for you but if you do want to go out to be entertained, then all bars, restaurants and galleries are on your doorstep.... comments in the visitors book state that people don't ever want to leave!
This house has taken a year to renovate. Every stair has been hand sanded (yes - all five floors), fireplaces uncovered, bathrooms replaced and the iron railings (that had disintegrated over the years) replaced to the original design. We have kept all of the original features and charm of such an old house but have brought it up to the standards and luxury that you would expect from the 21st century. We hope you love this unique house as much as we do and enjoy the thriving culture that Margate has created ... enjoy x

I am delighted that my guests have always appreciated the extremely high standard of cleaning and hygiene throughout the house as reflected in my 5* reviews however due to the current circumstances surrounding covid-19, I want to assure my guests the measures that we are taking to ensure their safety and comfort.
I am following Airbnb’s Covid-19 enhanced cleaning protocol, which was developed with expert guidance. Here are a few highlights:
All surfaces are cleaned and sanitised, down to the doorknobs and light switches.
All cleaners and disinfectants are approved by global health agencies.
Each room is cleaned using extensive cleaning checklists.
All bed linen and towels are professionally laundered.
I provide extra cleaning supplies, so you can clean as you stay.
I comply with local laws, including any additional safety or cleaning guidelines.
