We now have a portable A/C unit in our condo’s common area (June through Sept)! As conscientious hosts we took action surrounding some guest feedback we received after an unseasonably hot June in our area. We have responded and now provide an A/C unit in our living space, plus an evaporative cooler in the bedroom!!!
WHAT TO EXPECT
Settle into a comfortable mountain retreat with two king beds, panoramic views, a private balcony, a full kitchen, and plenty of space to relax after a day of exploring the mountains.
LARGE PRIVATE BEDROOM
Recharge in a spacious bedroom featuring a king bed with a new, highly rated mattress and complete bedding. You’ll also find a closet with shelving and hangers, luggage racks, room-darkening curtains, and a 44" Sony TV with Amazon Firestick so you can sign into your favorite streaming services.
A sliding glass door opens directly onto our balcony, where panoramic mountain views are waiting just outside. During the warmer summer months, the bedroom is equipped with an evaporative cooler to help keep the space comfortable.
SPACIOUS LIVING + DINING AREA
Comfortable, open, and filled with mountain views! The main living space features a dining table for four, eat-up bar, comfortable couch and chairs, vaulted ceiling, electric fireplace, and a large picture window framing Peak One, Buffalo Mountain, and the Nuchu Range.
Enjoy a 50" Samsung Smart TV with hundreds of Samsung TV Plus channels, plus a DVD player and movie collection. The dining table also makes a great workspace or spot for cards and board games.
For added comfort during the warmer months, we added a portable A/C unit in July 2026, available seasonally from June through September.
SECOND KING BED — NO PULL-OUT COUCHES HERE!
No one gets stuck sleeping on an uncomfortable sofa bed or futon here! The open-concept living area includes a second KING bed tucked conveniently into a Murphy Bed, also known as a wall bed.
It features a premium mattress and complete bedding and can easily be folded away during the day for extra living space or left down while still allowing plenty of room to move around.
For added privacy and better sleep, the living area has 90% blackout curtains over the large picture window, along with a folding wood privacy screen that can help separate the Murphy-bed area from the bedroom, bathroom, and entry.
PRIVATE BALCONY + MOUNTAIN VIEWS
Step outside from either the bedroom or living area and take in the fresh mountain air, panoramic views, and incredible sunsets from your private elevated balcony.
With seating for four and an outdoor dining table, it’s the perfect spot for morning coffee, an afternoon drink, or dinner with a view.
FULL KITCHEN
Prefer to cook at home? You’ll have a fully equipped kitchen with plenty of counter space, refrigerator/freezer, stove, oven with convection and air-fry settings, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, crockpot, cookware, serving dishes, utensils, soaps, dish towels, and dishwasher detergent.
We also provide a coffee maker, filters, and enough coffee to get you started for your first few mornings.
FULL BATHROOM
The full bathroom includes a tub/shower combination, sink and vanity, hair dryer, four bath towels and washcloths, shampoo, conditioner, soap, lotion, and toilet paper.
ROOM FOR YOUR MOUNTAIN GEAR
A large entry closet gives you plenty of space for shoes, boots, jackets, and outerwear.
Even better, you’ll have access to your own private, locked exterior gear-storage area perfect for skis, snowboards, bikes, fishing gear, kayaks, and other mountain adventure equipment. Storage dimensions: approximately 4' wide × 8' long × 12' high, with a 36" wide door.
Whether you're here to ski, hike, bike, explore, or simply relax and enjoy the views, the condo is designed to give you a comfortable home base for your Summit County adventure.
Located less than a mile walk (0.8 most direct, 1.1 most scenic) to/from the Dillon Amphitheater!!! Avoid paid parking or other concert night related parking/sober driver headaches by booking with us!
Not only are we a great place to land for all of your Colorado mountain activities, events, and adventures, but we are also mere steps away from from a conglomeration of wellness based spa like small businesses; yoga & wellness studio, massage & specialty body work, pilates studio, hair salon, and full service beauty bar also makes us the place to post up for a girl's weekend, couples retreat, or some much needed self-care. Self Check-In. Park in your assigned parking space and enter through the building's center double doors. Take the stairs up to the next level or the elevator (3). Your condo access is located only about 4 paces from the stairs/elevator behind a secure "private residences" door!
*If you prefer, you can park anywhere else in the parking lot that isn’t directly in front of a building. Just be sure to move your vehicle(s) daily if there is snow, so the plows can do their job. If you have a handicap parking permit you may also park in the proper designated spaces.

GUEST CHECK-OUT DUTIES: Our cleaning fee is MUCH lower than 99% of similar sized short term rentals in our area (less than half the price of the vast majority). In order to offer this ultra low fee we ask our guests to complete a handful of check-out items prior to leaving such as stripping bed linens that were used, gathering towels, and taking out your trash and recycling.
If you feel these duties are too much to ask, then our condo may not be the right fit for you. Instead consider booking a rental with a higher, hopefully more comprehensive cleaning fee, or stay at one of our nearby hotels.
NON-TOXIC & EARTH FRIENDLY: We strive to find balance between clean and sanitary alongside non-toxic earth friendly products whenever possible.
Laundry Detergent - Always 'free and clear' type products. No softeners or dryer sheets.
Hand Soap and All Purpose Cleaner - BLUELAND brand.
Shampoo/Conditioner - Always without sulfites, parabens, & dyes.
We only clean with harsher chemicals such as Chlorox wipes on high touch surfaces (remotes, switches, etc) and when cleaning the toilet.
EARLY CHECK-INS & LATE CHECK-OUTS
When possible, we’re happy to accommodate reasonable requests for an early check-in or late check-out at no additional charge.
Because our cleaning team manages their own schedule, we typically cannot guarantee early check-in until the day of your arrival. Our cleaners let us know as soon as the condo is sparkling clean and ready for you. If you’ve requested an early check-in and the condo is ready ahead of schedule, we’ll message you right away and welcome you to check in early!
Late check-out requests are also considered when our cleaning schedule and next guest arrival allow. Just ask, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you!
