Less than a mile from Marina Park, this home offers three levels of space and comfort, two upstairs bedrooms (king + bunk room), and a private lower level with a queen bed, queen pull-out sofa, kitchenette, and full bath. Perfect for families and groups.

🏡 Main Living Space

The open, sun-filled main level is designed for gathering and relaxing. Enjoy a spacious living room with a cozy gas fireplace, flat-screen TV, two deep sofas, and an ottoman to kick up your feet. Step onto the balcony to take in beautiful mountain views from Adirondack chairs, perfect for morning coffee or après-ski unwinding.

The fully stocked kitchen features stainless steel appliances, generous counter space, and everything you need to cook meals with family and friends. The dining table seats six and expands to eight, plus there’s counter seating for three. We also provide a high chair and a booster seat for little ones.

❄️ Year-Round Comfort & Fun

In winter, hit the slopes at Keystone (just 10 minutes away), then come home for movie night while radiant floor heat keeps the home warm and cozy. Nearby snow tubing, ice skating, cross country skiing. The activities are endless.

In summer, enjoy nearby hiking trails and biking paths, as well as both front and back decks with peaceful mountain views. A bike trail just behind the home connects to the path around Lake Dillon.

A brand new washer and dryer are included to keep clothes fresh throughout your stay.
