The space
- 2 bedrooms both on 2nd floor, equipped with AC. The master’s bedroom also has a smart TV.
- 2 bathrooms, one for 1st floor and another on 2nd floor, both equipped with hot shower.
- kitchen has a fridge and freezer, microwave, oven and gas range/stove top, and basic kitchen tools
- a semi-outdoor ambiance for the dining area, with ceiling fan to cool you up while enjoying your meal.
- living area has sofa (sofabed), 2 comfy armchairs, TV with Netflix
- high speed WIFI for the entire house
- 4 outdoor CCTVs

Guest access
For guests of 3 or less, you only have access to ONE BEDROOM. Use of both bedrooms is upon request.

For guests of 4 or more, you have access to BOTH BEDROOMS.

PLUS of course you get to enjoy the rest of the house.

Other things to note
A. ~MASTER’S BEDROOM: queen size bed (good for 2).
~2ND BEDROOM: 3 single beds.
~One sofa bed (good for 1).
~2 airbeds as extra beds if needed.
~4 floor mattresses as extra beds if needed.

TOTAL: can sleep up to 11 persons.

B. ~Beddings and towels will be replaced every 5 days.

C. ~We are still working on having our Generator.
