Beautiful area
Guests love this home’s scenic location.
Our stylish little holiday let gets rave reviews. We've been letting for about three years elsewhere and everyone who comes here loves it. Lots of repeat visitors, but now time to take the leap onto Air BnB!
Recently refurbished, one bed annexe with your own parking and super generous private garden all set in a glorious Devon valley. We've gone for a clean, slightly quirky look (think folksy with a nod to Scandi) with all mod cons. A place to rest, reset and chill.
The space
Designed as a quiet retreat for two adults, the cottage boasts generous proportions inside and out, a clean uncluttered Skandi vibe and has all the comforts you need. Sumptuous superking bed, a large walk in shower and a log burner for those cosy nights.
Guest access
You have the run of a huge totally private garden with glorious valley views, set across different levels with various places to sit (a morning coffee under the old apple tree is a real favourite). A public footpath runs right from your front door out into open countryside.
Other things to note
The Wood Stack is a recently refurbished annexe attached to the owner's home. You have complete privacy throughout with your own independent entrance plus a dedicated parking space immediately outside.
The property has been designed with adult couples in mind and is not suitable for infants or children.
Unfortunately food deliveries are discouraged due to restrictive access for delivery vehicles.

Neighborhood highlights
A very peaceful, sleepy Devon village with a local pub. You might bump into the odd dog walker along the lane or our lovely old neighbour John may be out tending his animals (he loves a chat). Other than that, its a very quiet spot.
