A unique opportunity to stay in a beautiful Victorian in the Gainesville Historic District! The 'Denton Street Holiday House' was built in 1893. This home has the original stained glass, wood floors and trim, and even the original doorbell! It is decorated for a Victorian Christmas year round! Just 2 blocks from the square, featuring boutiques, an antique mall, restaurants, a farmer’s Market and food trucks. A short drive to many Wineries, breweries, Winstar Casino and the Leonard Park Zoo!

The space
The Denton Street Holiday House is currently decorated for a Victorian Christmas! All rooms are nice and large with high ceilings and original wood trim. Updated bathrooms and kitchen, but most of the house is original!

You will have access to the entire home, 2 living areas, dining room, full kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.

Other things to note
I do stay in the home on occasion and have some personal items there. I will have a few cabinets in the kitchen with entertaining items that are not to be used, and will have them marked. Otherwise, feel free to use any pots and pans dishes etc. that you need. Please load dishwasher before you leave if you use items in the kitchen. Also, our outdoor trashcans are located in front of the garage.
