We offer the entire 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom home. Ideal for families. Located near highways 410, 1604 and 151 to get you anywhere you want to go in the city. Conveniently located near many restaurants, shops and bars. We are only 10 minutes from SeaWorld. 20 minutes away from downtown San Antonio and Six Flags Fiesta Texas.

Easy driving distance of Lackland, Fort Sam Houston, Brooks City Base, JBSA-Kelly Field Annex, Camp Bullis, San Antonio Zoo, Pearl Brewery District, San Antonio Missions.

The space
Our bright, quiet home boasts 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms located upstairs. There is a half bathroom located downstairs. The couch (not a sleeper sofa) downstairs can also be used by guests. The laundry room is located downstairs and guests are more than welcome to use the washer and dryer.

An ironing board and iron are located in the laundry room.

The kitchen is well equipped with all of the essentials such as a microwave, coffee maker and creamer, dishes, utensils, etc.

Guest access
You'll have the whole house! Three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, kitchen, dining, laundry and living rooms. Laundry room has washer and dryer. Back yard with privacy fence.

To gain entry to the home simply enter your code into the keypad on the front door and you're in! When leaving close the door and press the lock button and you're good to go! (Please make sure the door is fully closed and locked before leaving).

Other things to note
It is recommended to purchase travel insurance if you anticipate needing to cancel after the cancellation policy date.

You'll have Goog Fiber internet during your stay for speedy streaming of Netflix and Amazon Prime Video -- both of which you can watch on our wireless smart TV. The internet is plenty fast to play games on or do work.

The house comes equipped with a programable thermostat so you can change the temperature to suit your needs.

There is a $50 early check-in fee before 4pm. If it's before 1pm we charge an extra day because we'd have to block off the day before as we would not have time to turn the house over between guests.

TAXES: Please note, all bookings in Texas are subject to a 6 percent lodging tax. Additionally, the city of San Antonio's Hotel Occupancy Tax rate is 9 percent. San Antonio also collects 1.75 percent for Bexar County. This is automatically included in your booking price.

Please also be aware that in the south of Texas there can be bugs and sometimes those bugs get in the house. We do hire professionals to spray for bugs quarterly and additionally as-needed, but be aware we do not refund for bugs in the house. This is a natural part of living in south Texas.
