Restriction on loud noises after 10:00 pm: As the accommodation is located in the middle of peaceful nature, after 10:00 pm From now on, we ask that you please reduce loud noises or outdoor activities a little so as not to disturb the house and the neighboring community (but you can still sit and chat inside the house as usual).

Smoking: The accommodation requests your cooperation in absolutely refraining from smoking cigarettes, e-cigarettes, or any kind of drugs inside the house (including bedrooms and bathrooms) for safety and to prevent odors from sticking to the furniture. If a violation is found, the accommodation will have to charge a penalty fee of 5,000 baht for ozone treatment and deep odor removal. However, guests can smoke only in the designated outdoor balcony area outside the house. 🚭

Food preparation and dishwashing: All kitchen equipment and grills can be used free of charge. However, after you have finished using them, please clean and put them back in their place.
