Featuring a vertical & terrace garden with tropical and flowering trees, original 200yr old burma teak furnitures , a piano ,native birds, and a stunningly unique black-and-white tiled hallway with 300+ cafes nearby & the beautiful lake nearby.

The space
There is a verandah where you can gaze Upon the hummimg birds coming to take in honey, u hv access to the lobby like place where you can sit and relax and a roof with 300plus plants. You have to keep in mind that it's a very old property so we repair the house from time to time , and I guess that's the charm of this house , come and get lost in time :) we have a public pool just 200 meters away from the property. (****The washroom is not attached to the room but private****)

Other things to note
This is a very old house and always needing maintenance, so please keep in mind about the limitations. No partying,NO LOUD MUSIC .We close our main gate at 11pm SHARP for all the guests staying already at the property . Its on the 1st floor , have to climb stairs, you can order food online only breakfast option available at Rs300 pp. commercial photoshoot charge is Rs 2000.
