Sunny is a great host and the property is a beautiful one for an intimate weekend with your partner. The backyard of the property opens into a pool which is the USP of the place. All smart appliances and new.

place was lovely and had a good backyard for campfire and relaxing!! also the caretaker was very responsive and helped us with all stuff needed. host too was very responsive and very proactive..

I had a great stay! The Airbnb matched the listed amenities and is conveniently located near the airport. I particularly appreciated the interior design and the responsiveness + proactiveness of the host. The daily housekeeping staff was punctual and friendly, which added to the overall positive experience. One small note: I couldn’t get the projector in the bedroom to work, but I didn’t reach out for support, so I can’t fault the hosts for this. If it works, it would make the stay even better. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my time here!

We had a great stay. It’s a self-sufficient space with all the amenities you could possibly need, making it feel just like home. The apartment is centrally located in a quiet residential neighborhood, offering a perfect balance of convenience and peace. The gated entry adds an extra layer of security. Veer, the host, is amazing—very helpful and always available when needed. There’s also a house helper who comes daily to ensure everything is in order, which is a lovely touch. Highly recommend staying here for anyone visiting the area!

Ratnottama's apartment is lovely and beautifully decorated. The flat is spacious and comfortable. The apartment is large and rooms feel airy and well lit. The apartment opens out to a nice balcony with tropical plants. The furniture and decorations are artistic and the apartment has great visual beauty. Some of the original artwork is exquisite. The apartment has an open floor plan which makes the place easy to use. This is a great place whether you are visiting Kolkata for work or for vacation. The internet (wifi) is strong and reliable. Ratnottama was communicative and very helpful during the stay. She has excellent advice for local tourism and day trips. The place has easy access to shopping malls, local vegetable groceries and parks. The neighborhood is very walkable. Overall, a beautiful place in an excellent location.

Nice and clean stay, i had booked it for few of my friends travelling to Kolkata to attend my wedding. They enjoyed the stay and also the location was quite convenient. The hosts allowed for early check in and also there werent any hassle in entering or exiting the stay late at night since they were attending the wedding festivties. Will recommend it to others as well !

I was looking for a bigger property that would fulfil my needs for my guests to stay who had come from out of station, and I wanted to organise a small get together as well in the property. This property came to my rescue at the right time. Firstly, I was able to book this property at 4 in the morning, IST since the hosts were extremely responsive. Secondly, my guests and I were taken care of with ease and no hassles. The hosts were very cooperative and proactive to help me in any way, whatsoever. I would always recommend this property to anyone, who’s visiting Kolkata and has a need to stay in a peaceful locality away from the urban frivolities and hustle. The place is located in the heart of South Kolkata, and can be easily navigated from any corners of Kolkata.

I have stayed at the place for couple of days, and I must admit house amenities were beyond expectations. I had full access to entire appartment. One room with double bed, one big hall and 2-3 balconies were available. Moreover entire appartment is very airy, you won't feel confined between walls unlike staying in a hotel rooms. House is bit away from main Street which gives you comfort of peaceful neighborhood. Host is very generous and helpful, allowed me early check-in. Overall I am very satisfied with the stay, would love to consider in future visits.

Priyanka has been the perfect host… Beautifully kept and well maintained.. Exactly how described in the photos.. Priyanka was very nice to provide us with Christmas cakes … We felt warmth and welcomed… Definitely recommended..
