Love biking? Just minutes from the Green Mountain Trails in Pittsfield, VT where you can mountain bike, trail run, hike, and snowshoe on some 25 mi. of stellar trails. We are also close (13 minutes by car) to the Killington Bike Park, which features three high-speed lifts serving over 30 miles of trails. From beginner to expert and classic New England singletrack to Gravity Logic's signature flow trails, Killington Bike Park has terrain suitable for everyone.
Love skiing and snowboarding? We are a short 13-minute drive to the K1 parking lot at Killington Mountain Ski Resort and just 10 minutes to Pico Family Mountain.
Love golf? The Green Mountain National Golf Course is only 4.4 miles down the road in Killington. In addition, Killington Golf Course is less than 10 miles away. Try both!

For those staying with us during the bumper seasons and in the summer, a wrap-around deck is accessible from the dining area; walk right out with your coffee and watch the hummingbirds visit the feeder. We also have a vegetable garden and are happy to share some of our freshly picked crops when available.
Guest access
You can use all of the space in the entire home. That is about 2500 sq feet. Note: There are two locked owner closets and a locked storage room in the basement, but you have full use of the basement game room and laundry room.
In summer months, watch the hummingbirds at the feeder from the deck or enjoy time on the outdoor patio.

NOTE re: wildlife and critters
Vermont has four seasons, lots of mountains and green space, and as such there is a lot of wildlife around. Some of it is wonderful, like the different birds, including delightful hummingbirds, rabbits, and squirrels you may see around the property. There are also black bears that may be attracted to garbage and plenty of different kinds of crawling creatures and flying bugs like black flies, hornets, and mice.
As responsible hosts, we have regular Pest Control to service the property. This does a decent job of keeping the critters from coming inside, but you may likely see them in the yard or on the deck, or patio at times.
To minimize bear encounters, please do not take garbage out until Monday morning for collection. Regarding mice, we strongly advise against leaving food out on counters overnight, as this can attract them into the home.
Seeing wildlife outside or around the home is not considered a reflection of the property's cleanliness, and refunds are not given for this reason. Let us know if there seems to be an unusual issue, and we're happy to send pest control out for a touch-up or the cleaning crew, depending on what is needed.
