The building currently finished a million dollar renovation including a new lobby, roof, seawall, pool deck, & hallways.

The space
Beachfront resort with million dollar upgrades. Enjoy the new contemporary art style lobby with a big screen and built in fire place. New seawall and pool deck. Oceanfront, laid back atmosphere with newly remodeled rooms.

This condotel sleeps up to five with a king size bed with a pillow top mattress, the couch pulls out a queen memory foam bed, and we add an optional twin bed for reservations of 5 guests.
A fully equipped kitchenette allows for cooking, left overs, and cold drinks. Newly renovated private bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The best part is a bonus door that gives you direct access to the outside courtyard overlooking the pool and beach. Great for watching the fireworks on the pier.
