To ensure a smooth stay, please note that the ice maker and oven (door issue) are currently out of service. We are committed to constant property upkeep; while we strive for zero interruptions, minor maintenance tasks may occur during your stay to keep the unit in top shape.
Guest access
To ensure a seamless entry into this exclusive gated community, we require the full names and official IDs of all guests at least 7 days prior to arrival.
Arrival & Parking:
- Check-in: 3:00 PM (Early/Late check-in subject to availability).
- Process: Provide your security code at El Tigre’s main gate, then proceed to the Dalila building at Isla Palmares.
- Parking: 2 designated private spots in the underground garage.
- Welcome: Personalized greeting for key exchange and a property walkthrough.
Facility Access:
- Common Areas: Full access to Isla Palmares pools and landscaped gardens.
- El Tigre Country Club (Optional): Access to the Sports Club, Spa, and Beach Club via temporary membership.
Important: Club regulations require a minimum stay of 14 days for renters. 2025 rates apply (starting at $550 MXN). Requests must be made one week in advance.
Restriction: Access to Paradise Village Hotel facilities or pools is not included.
House Rules:
- Smoke-free interior (permitted on balconies only).
- No parties or loud music to maintain the community’s peaceful atmosphere.

Neighborhood & Club Services:
- Shuttle: Free shuttle every 30 mins (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) to Paradise Mall and Beach Club.
- Club Access: Minimum 14-day stay required to purchase membership. Additional fees apply.
Notice: Ongoing local development; occasional daytime construction noise may occur.
