Within a minute bike ride to the Summit County bike and hike trail. Less than 20 Minutes to Blossom Music Center This cozy home also provides a gazebo and covered hanging swing for the peaceful enjoyment of the outdoors!

The space
Welcome to our cozy single-story ranch home! It features two comfortable bedrooms—one with a queen bed and the other with a double bed—perfect for relaxing after a day out. The full bathroom offers a tub/shower combination with glass sliding doors. There are just a couple of steps to enter the home and then two more to reach the main floor. The laundry area is located in the basement and available for your use during your stay.

Spacious grounds with a ravine leading to a small creek on the back of the property! Enjoy the outdoors with the covered gazebo or swing under cover on the hanging love swing. Enjoy gathering eggs everyday and watching the chickens in the chicken coop! There is also a fire pit in the backyard with firewood and a fire starter for one fire.

Visitors and extra guests are not permitted without prior written approval.

We also have two additional homes available a couple doors down—one is a cozy guest house (airbnb.com/h/cvnp) and the other sits on 5 acres (airbnb.com/h/tfabf). Feel free to inquire about their availability!

Our Pet Policy
A daily pet fee of $50 is required to allow pets on the property. This fee covers a deep cleaning to ensure the space remains safe and comfortable for future guests with allergies. Only one pet is permitted per stay, with a maximum weight limit of 40 pounds for dogs. If your pet is left alone in the home, it must be crated—a crate is provided by the host for your convenience.
