3/2 Beach House with extended front porch with lots of chairs to enjoy the cool breeze. We’re nestled in the heart of Crystal Beach in prime Holiday Beach Subdivision.

Linens and in-house towels included. Bring your own beach towels! Memory Foam mattresses in every room! Desk available in common area.

You’ll love staying here, we have a shower and TV downstairs for your use. (My favorite spot!)

Smokers and Vaping allowed outdoors on covered porch.

The space
There is a coffee bar and a fully equipped kitchen for guests to prepare meals. Coffee, and creamer provided. Wifi is available throughout the upstairs portion of the property. Bath towels are also provided. Please bring your own Beach Towels. There's also a desk and a large dining table where guests can work on their laptops.

Absolutely No Pets. No Exceptions. We have a regular visiting child who is highly allergic. No amount of money would allow us to risk his health.

Other things to note
We live in a restricted subdivision. No ATV or RVs allowed to park. Boat parking is available!

Also, our subdivision is prime location in Crystal Beach has beach access and is a very short 5 minute walk to put your toes in the sand.

Cell service is very weak. Texting is the way to go! Directv and internet service may go out temporarily if it rains, there is nothing we can do to make this better.

You may have seen a hot tub mentioned in the reviews. We have since removed it.
