Welcome to Crestline Ranch, a distinctive mid-century home filled with art, books, worldly treasures and warm textiles. Discover a folksy speakeasy behind the bookcase, soak year-round in the hot tub, gather by the firepit, or enjoy cards and cocktails in the heated and cooled vintage camper. The stock tank is open March–October as a cold plunge in cooler months and a refreshing pool in summer. Primary guest must be 25+ unless they have prior positive reviews. Approved events only.

Welcome to Crestline Ranch, a distinctive mid-century home with three main-level bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and space for up to 8 overnight guests. A queen sofa bed in the hidden basement speakeasy provides the fourth sleeping area. With spacious interiors, global collections, a year-round hot tub, seasonal stock tank pool and fully climate-controlled vintage camper, the property offers plenty of room to relax, reconnect and enjoy something unexpected.
WHO WE HOST
Crestline Ranch is especially well suited to families, couples, friends and responsible groups looking for a comfortable, character-filled Wichita stay. Children are welcome, and the home offers plenty of room for families to spend time together.
The primary guest must remain at the property throughout the reservation. Primary guests without prior positive Airbnb reviews must be at least 25 years old. Responsible younger guests with positive reviews may be considered.
Wichita-area residents and guests without prior positive reviews require a refundable $150 security deposit.
The nightly rate includes up to 4 overnight guests. Additional guests are $10 per person, per night, up to the maximum overnight occupancy of 8. The reservation must reflect the correct number of guests.
Events, gatherings and photoshoots require written approval before booking. Approved events of 9–16 total people require a nonrefundable $150 event fee and a refundable $250 event security deposit. Please review the House Rules and contact us before booking. All events and applicable fees must be approved in writing in advance.
THE MAIN HOUSE
The main living spaces flow naturally and are layered with curated vintage décor, warm textiles, original art and natural light. Settle in with a good book, stream a movie on the Smart TVs or work remotely using the fast Wi-Fi.
The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, generous prep space and several ways to brew great coffee. The adjoining dining area offers plenty of room for shared meals, games and conversation.
All three bedrooms are located on the main level:
• Bedroom 1: King bed
• Bedroom 2: Queen bed
• Bedroom 3: Two twin beds
The home has two full bathrooms and one half bathroom.
THE VELVET ANTLER SPEAKEASY
Hidden behind a bookshelf, The Velvet Antler is a moody basement lounge inspired by Eastern European folk festivals and layered with global curiosities.
Antlers, collected artifacts, low lighting, lounge seating, a mini refrigerator and a coffee and tea bar create an immersive setting for cocktails, games and late-night conversation. A queen sofa bed allows the speakeasy to become the home’s fourth sleeping area when needed.
OUTDOOR LIVING
The private backyard is designed for lingering. Enjoy a covered patio, outdoor dining, string lights, a gazebo-covered hot tub, firepit, hammock and yard games.
The hot tub is available year-round. The stock tank is open from March through October, serving as a cold plunge during cooler months and a refreshing plunge pool in summer.
THE VINTAGE CAMPER
The fully heated and cooled vintage camper offers a playful bonus space for reading, cards, cocktails or escaping to your own little retro hideaway.
The camper is a themed hangout space only and is not available for sleeping. Professional or commercial photography requires prior written approval.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Crestline Ranch is located in a quiet residential neighborhood with convenient access to grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants, museums, wildlife attractions, downtown Wichita and ICT Airport.
Nearby trails offer space to walk and explore. Seasonal swimming and tennis are available at Harvest Pool, and we can provide tennis rackets and balls upon request.
A NOTE ON THE COLLECTIONS
Throughout the home, you’ll find curated folk art, anthropological objects, natural history pieces and cultural artifacts collected during our travels. These objects are displayed for aesthetic and educational appreciation.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire main level and finished basement, including The Velvet Antler speakeasy. Enjoy the private yard, deck, year-round hot tub, seasonal stock tank pool, and vintage camper hangout space. Off-street driveway parking is provided. For safety and storage, the garage, select closets, and cabinets are locked and not accessible to guests.

Harvest Pool and its tennis courts are a short walk away, while nearby Swanson Park offers trails for walking and running. Old Town, Delano, downtown Wichita, the Sedgwick County Zoo, NewMarket Square, museums, restaurants and ICT Airport are all conveniently accessible within about 10 minutes.
IMPORTANT NEIGHBORHOOD & EVENT NOTICE
This is a residential neighborhood, and respect for our neighbors is mandatory. Events, gatherings and visitors must be disclosed and approved in writing before booking.
Unapproved events will not be tolerated under any circumstances. The reservation may be canceled immediately without refund, and all unregistered visitors will be required to leave. If anyone refuses to leave, law enforcement will be contacted and the individuals will be reported for trespassing.
The maximum gathering capacity is 16 people. Approved events of 9–16 total people require a nonrefundable $150 event fee and a refundable $250 event security deposit.
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Outdoor gatherings must move inside by 10:00 PM. Guests may continue using the hot tub or other outdoor areas, but conversations must be kept to quiet, indoor-level voices. Outdoor music is not permitted during quiet hours.
