This home is part of a quiet two unit waterfront retreat. While your home is completely private, the outdoor amenities are shared, giving you the perfect balance of privacy and resort-style experiences. It comfortably accommodates up to 4 adults + 1 child and is ideal for couples, close friends or small families looking for a relaxing coastal escape.

One of the things guests love most about Creekside Paradise is that the outdoor spaces encourage everyone to slow down and enjoy the waterfront.

Shared amenities include:

• Waterfront dock for fishing, kayaking & sunset watching

• Creekside hot tub in a secluded gated area so guests can enjoy privately

• Saltwater dipping pool

• Secluded screened in waterfront porch

• Creekside fire pit & outdoor dining

• Waterfront tiki lounge with bumper pool, Connect Four & cozy seating

• Hammock & lush tropical gardens

• Outdoor shower

While these outdoor spaces are shared with guests staying next door, your suite has its own private entrance and completely private interior.

We’ve tried to think of everything so you can pack light and simply enjoy your vacation.

• 2 kayaks (waiver required)

• Beach towels, chairs, umbrella, wagon, coolers & toys

• Coffee & cooking essentials: coffee, filters, sugar, powdered creamer, spices, cooking oil

• Ample house supplies: paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, toilet paper etc... no chintzy "starter packs" here

• Washer & dryer available upon request

🐾 PETS

Small, well-behaved dogs (under 30 lbs) are welcome with a $100 pet fee.

Larger hypoallergenic/non-shedding dogs may be considered—just ask!

Because the yard is shared, dogs should be quiet & friendly with other people & pets & cleaned up after.

⚠️ IMPORTANT DETAILS

• Parking for 2 midsize vehicles (or 1 large SUV/truck)

• This suite is one half of a duplex.

• The hot tub and screened waterfront porch are located beneath our home. The hot tub is in a secluded gated area & can be used privately.

Guest access
This is half of a duplex. Your entire suite is private & you will have access to all of the outdoor amenities.

Other things to note
My partner and I live in the separate brown home on the property near the waterfront. I believe the best hosting is giving guests the space to truly relax. You’ll have your privacy, while I’m just a message or phone call away if you need anything.

Please review my cancellation policy before booking. Because I follow my posted cancellation policy, I strongly recommend purchasing trip insurance to protect against unexpected events such as illness, weather, travel delays, or other circumstances that could impact your trip.

If you’d prefer more space, you can also book the entire 5 bedroom / 3 bathroom house or the 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom side. The links are in my profile.

This is a peaceful true Tybee locals street set on beautiful Horsepen Creek. It’s mid island so it’s central to everything Tybee has to offer yet tucked away from the hustle & bustle. About a 15 minute walk / 5 minute bike ride to the beach but just steps out your back door to the creek. Easily bikeable / walkable to anywhere on the island.
