The space
About the Space:
Welcome to your urban retreat! You will be renting the private Master Suite within my bright, 6th-floor apartment. While I live in the second bedroom, you will have your own dedicated space (master bedroom and attached full bath) and full access to the home’s amenities. It’s the perfect balance of a local stay with the comforts of a high-end rental.
Your Private Master Suite:
Bedroom: A spacious sanctuary featuring a Queen-size bed with luxurious linens, a large window for natural light, black out blinds, fast wifi, crisp towels, a desk, closet, and impressive city skyline views.
Storage: Ample closet space with hangers, nightstands with lamps, and plenty of room to unpack.
Ensuite Bathroom: Your own private, full bathroom attached directly to your room.
Essentials Provided: We provide a starter kit including plush towels, a hair dryer, shampoo, body wash, and initial supplies of bath tissue and soap.
Shared Living Areas
You are welcome to make yourself at home in the common areas:
Chef’s Kitchen: Fully equipped with appliances (fridge, stove, oven, microwave, blender) and all the cookware/utensils you need.
Living & Dining: Comfortable seating with a Smart TV and board games for relaxing.
Laundry: Free in-unit combined washer and dryer (detergent provided).
Technology & Comfort
High-Speed Internet: Fast, dependable Wi-Fi (80+ Mbps)
Climate Control: Fans and space heaters are available in the apartment and your room to regulate temperature. Also, all windows have mosquito screens so that you can open the window to regulate the temperature, without worrying about bugs coming in.
Bilingual Host: I am happy to assist you in both English and Spanish! I'm not a home body, but usually home on nights and sometimes weekends.
The Building & Location
Security: 24/7 security team and secure keypad entry for easy self-check-in. They also receive deliveries, so you can order stuff online.
Amenities: Access to the building’s shared gym.
Transit: Easy access to public transportation and local recommendations via my Host Guidebook.
Accessibility: The unit is on the 6th floor, accessible via elevator. Please note there are a few stairs to reach the lobby from the street (no exterior ramp).
Guest access
Guest Access
You will have exclusive, private access to the Master Bedroom and its attached ensuite bathroom. The bedroom door is equipped with a lock.
The rest of the apartment is a shared space where I also live in a separate bedroom (or another airbnb guest lives). You are more than welcome to use and enjoy the following:
* Common Areas: Fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining area, and laundry room.
* Laundry: In-unit combined washer and dryer.
* Building Amenities: Access to the shared gym and building common areas.
Entry & Security:
* Arrival: Access is initially granted by our 24/7 security team at the front desk.
* Self-Check-In: You will use a secure keypad code to enter the apartment.
* Fob Access: Inside, you will find a key fob to use for the duration of your stay, allowing you to come and go through the building entrance independently without checking in with security each time.
Other things to note

Parking: There is no parking available in the building garage. However, paid street parking and several paid public lots are located nearby.
ID & Security: To comply with local regulations and building rules, photos of all guests' passports are required prior to check-in. You must also present your physical passport to building security upon arrival for registration.
House Rules & Quiet Hours: This is a shared, peaceful home. Parties and unregistered guests are strictly prohibited.
Quiet Hours: 10 PM – 8 AM (Sun–Thu) | 12 AM – 8 AM (Fri–Sat).
Loud music or noise during these times may result in the cancellation of your stay without a refund.
Additional Notes:
Cleaning: An optional mid-stay deep cleaning (including fresh linens) is available for $850 MXN.
Laundry: You are welcome to use the in-unit washer and dryer.
City Life: Being in the heart of CDMX, you will hear the vibrant "symphony" of the city, including traffic and street energy. It’s all part of the authentic local experience! 🏙️ Earplugs are provided for light sleepers.
