I love the green door because you know...it's ok to be green! Welcome to this cozy midtown 1950's ranch house. . Ideal for traveling nurses as it's close to TMC (Tucson Medical Center) and St. Joseph's hospital. Snowbirds also always welcome! Cyclists often choose this location for its proximity to the bike paths, riding loop, and national parks! Close to the U of A and a convenient central location makes it easy to get around. Cozy and quiet, your home away from home!

The space
It has 2 large bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a fully stocked, quirky kitchen. You'll feel at home here! There is a soft king hybrid bed in one of the large bedrooms and a firm queen memory foam bed in the other bedroom. Room darkening curtains in both of the bedrooms. Ceiling fans in the bedrooms and dining room. Two people can sleep on the pull out sofa bed that is also great for lounging and watching movies on the 65" TV. Bring your own passwords for Netflix, Hulu, etc. The quirky kitchen has everything you need, but hopefully you can enjoy the great restaurants in town as well! There is an outdoor patio area which is also where you'll find the washer/dryer. This is shared with the full time guest (who is very nice and quiet) in the attached casita. I furnished this home as if I were living here, so I hope you love it as I do!

You will have access to the 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, living room, dining room, front yard, and backyard patio. Park your car under the carport.

There is an attached casita with a long term guest. The backyard washer/dryer is shared.
