Cowrie House is a semi-detached home, conveniently situated in the 'triangle' area of Ireland's North Coast, with easy accessibility for The Open Golf Championship. Perfect for families, golfers, surfers and tourists alike, Cowrie House allows for fast access to attractions such as The Giants Causeway, Dunluce Castle, Portstewart Strand, Portrush, Castlerock, Royal Portrush Golf Club, Ballycastle, Rathlin Island and The Dark Hedges. It is the perfect base for events such as The North West 200, The Super Cup, The Irish Open, The Open and New Horizon.

Cowrie House is located in a quiet residential street on the outskirts of Coleraine, 2 miles from Portstewart and 3 miles from Portrush. A stunning Marina on the river Bann and the delicious Native Seafood Resturant are withing walking distance. Coleraine town is also within walking distance and is a busy, well kept town with a train station, shops, supermarkets, coffee shops, restaurants, a library, tennis courts, a swimming pool and leisure centre. Transport links are excellent and taxis are readily available.
