Comfy bed for better sleep

The room-darkening shades and extra bedding are loved by guests.
The Wildflower Cottage is a beautifully renovated 3 bedroom cottage on a growing flower farm at The Barn Port Stephens Hinterland. Fully self contained with everything you will need.

You will have access to the barn deck and fire pit (Internal barn space not available to guests).

Great for a country getaway, 2 hours to Hornsby.

Also perfect for accommodation on your wedding night, bridal party preparations, girls weekends.

The space
Enjoy an afternoon bushwalk, BBQ , a swing, lounge in the hammock and small camp fire in the evenings. Completely separate from the main house, this is your own private place.

Guest access
You will have access to all areas that surround the cottage & a walking trail that extends to the back of the property, covering over 20acres.

We have 2 friendly horses on the property. If you would like to pat or feed the horses, please let us know & we can arrange this an advanced.

Other things to note
Phone reception is limited. We do have Wifi, however our stays are best suited to those who would like to switch off and rechard their own batteries.

As we are in the country, we are on filtered tank water.

We are in a quiet rural environment, however still close to local amenities such as supermarkets, restaurants and cafes.

The Junction Inn - 10 min drive into Raymond Terrace overlooking the river. Great for dinner and drinks.

River House Café - Lovely breaky & coffee overlooking the river.

We are about half an hour from Anna Bay, half hour to Newcastle and 25mins to Hawks Nest.
