The property sits on 1.6 peaceful acres right next to a quiet public boat ramp, making it easy and free to launch your boat or jet ski.
We also provide a private boat dock that fits a pontoon boat and a jet ski, complete with a roomy seating area for relaxing by the water. You're welcome to leave your boat or jet ski in the water during your stay or park it on our large front yard.
Lakeview Retreat is located on Lake Marble Falls, just below Wirtz Dam. The water near the dock is about 6 feet deep and gets deeper toward Marble Falls—perfect for swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding, and jet skiing.
If you plan to go boating, we recommend getting familiar with the area first. We don’t advise heading left toward Horseshoe Bay, as the water there is quite shallow. If you're boating toward Marble Falls, please note that the first mile can be a bit bumpy before reaching deeper water.
For a safe and smooth experience, we suggest checking the LCRA website for the latest lake conditions before launching.
As an alternative, the first public boat ramp on Lake LBJ is just 10 minutes away and provides another convenient option for launching your boat.
