-This property is so much more than a rental; it’s our home. If you’re looking for something more akin to fine lodging, our cottage might not be the best fit. While we strive to include thoughtful touches, we encourage guests to personalize their experience by truly unplugging and enjoying not just our home, but everything the outdoors has to offer.

-The cottage is perfect for mature adults and families seeking a peaceful getaway. While we love parties, we unfortunately cannot accommodate them as we are legally limited to 6 guests maximum. We have full-time neighbors and are committed to maintaining a quiet and respectful atmosphere for their enjoyment.

- We are located in Northern Vermont, where the weather can be unpredictable. In winter and spring months, a 4x4 or AWD vehicle is recommended. Our driveway and road are maintained with snow removal.

-Our location is a perfect chance to unplug a bit, as cell service can be limited here. AT&T typically has some coverage, while Verizon is generally unavailable. We recommend enabling WiFi calling on your phone for the best experience.

WEATHER/CANCELLATIONS

Weather events are becoming less and less predictable, and because they are out of our control we do not offer refunds for cancellations, or reservation date changes, due to weather events. Please purchase travel insurance (which AirBNB now offers!) to help protect yourself. This is a great option to protect you, and protect us as hosts/business owners. We appreciate your understanding!
