Park and garden views

Soak up the views during your stay.
Idyllic shepherd's hut set in it's own private meadow, with sweeping views of the Cotswold's rolling hills & green pastures which can be enjoyed from the wood fired hot tub (or cold tub if you need to cool down on a hot summers day!). Nestled in a secluded & sheltered spot on our small farm, which is home to a delightful array of animals & wildlife. Our partially re-wilded farm is a haven for diverse nature. The hut includes comfy sun loungers, BBQ, wood burner, fast WiFi & dog secure garden

The space
The picturesque hut has all the amenities of a luxury hotel but completely in nature, secluded in your own private meadow. The garden is fully fenced so perfect for relaxing in with your dog without worrying about them wondering off.

Inside the hut is cleverly designed to feel surprising spacious despite its small size, with tall ceilings and lots of windows to let in plenty of natural light. There is even a full kitchen with everything you need to cook a home meal. The wood burner keeps the hut warm and cosy at night, and we supply plenty of logs throughout your stay. Unlike other shepherd's huts, the shower cubicle is large with great water pressure and lots of hot water. The comfortable double bed has soft linens and luxurious duck feather and down bedding to keep you warm at night. The smart TV has Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney and on demand TV. The Wi-Fi is fast and reliable, perfect for remote working.

The Idyllic meadow is surrounded by our beautiful grassland farm, perfect for dog walks. The trees behind the hut are home to our resident green woodpeckers, which feed on the wildflower seeds in the meadow during the day, and at night you'll often see our tawny owl hunting mice in the long grass.

The best feature of all is the wood fired hot tub with views across the rolling Cotswold hills. Indulge in the ultimate Scandinavian luxury with this unique hot tub, providing a clean and authentic bathing experience that you can enjoy all-year round.

Guest access
Guests have exclusive access to the meadow.

Guests also have access to 130 acres of beautiful traditionally hedged grassland, perfect for long walks and picnics under the oak trees. Wildlife spotted recently around the farm includes deer, kingfishers, woodpeckers, goldfinches, owls, and plenty more. The grassland is also used by horse riders so please be aware of galloping horses!

Car parking is available for two cars. An EV charger is also onsite.

Dog friendly! Maximum of 2 and a charge of £10 will be added

Other things to note
The hot tub requires some setting up by the guests so please allow plenty of time for this. We leave it empty for you to fill yourselves so you have fresh water every time, which takes around 30 mins, and then once it's filled it takes around 90 minutes to heat. It's an enjoyable process, perfect to go alongside a BBQ whilst you wait for your hot tub to heat up. We provide plenty of logs and kindling to keep you going throughout your stay.

Animals live on site including chickens, cows, sheep, horses & friendly dog. Please do not touch or feed the animals. Dogs to be kept on leads around the animals. If you're dog is not chicken friendly please do not let them off the lead anywhere near the stable yard as the chickens roam free nearby

We recommend having a car or a bicycle as we are very rural!

Some areas may appear larger as a camera with a wide angle lens has been used to photograph the property.

An 7KW EV charger is onsite available for guests to charge their electric vehicles. Cost: 44p per KW. A full charge takes around 7 hours. Please note this is a shared charger with 2 other Airbnb properties so it might not always be available. If this is the case then Daylesford farm shop has EV chargers just a few miles down the road.
