No.15 is perfectly positioned in the heart of Winchcombe, surrounded by independent shops and award winning pubs and restaurants. Just a short stroll from Sudeley Castle and the Cotswolds Way and in driving distance to some of the best sights in the Cotswolds.

The space
BOOT ROOM- Space to hang coats and store muddy boots, wellies and walking poles on arrival.

LOUNGE- A large open space with traditional stone floor and huge working inglenook fireplace. You will find a 40'' flat screen tv and a number of games, puzzles and books to keep you entertained.

DINING ROOM - This cosy space has restored parquet flooring and a big rustic farmhouse table with 6 chairs.

KITCHEN - Emerald units, granite worktops and fully equipped. Tea, coffee, sugar and all the essentials will be ready for your arrival.

3 BEDROOMS - three double bedrooms lead off a central hall. Each bedroom is individually styled and bursting with original features.

BATHROOM - The bathroom has a traditional freestanding bathtub and separate walk in shower. The room boasts original floorboards, exposed beams and Cotswold stone wall. Towels and toiletries- shower gel, shampoo, conditioner are provided.

W.C - In addition to the upstairs family bathroom, there is a downstairs wc with toilet and basin.

COURTYARD GARDEN - A private and enclosed courtyard garden leads out from the dining room. There is a large metal dining table with parasol and 6 chairs.

Dogs are welcome with no extra charge! We have a cosy dog bed and bowl for use during your stay

Family friendly- a high chair and a travel cot are available at the cottage. Bedding for the cot is not provided

No parking on property - A car park is just 1 minutes' walk behind the cottage at £4 per day or 5 minutes walk away another car park is £1 per day

Potential for noise - No.15 is situated on a bustling high street and 2 bedrooms face the road. During the day the street is busy but during the evening it's much quieter. Occasionally there is some noise from the deliveries to the bakery across the road in the morning (not every day)

Logs for the fire not provided - the local hardware store and grocery shops sell logs and kindling
