Corner of Broad is a 1,200 sq. ft. suite situated in the heart of Georgetown's historic district. Taking cues from its charming coastal town, the space has been fully renovated and designed to present an upscale relaxing experience with guest comfort as a priority.

The space
Fully private with its own entrance and driveway, the guest suite is located on the second floor of the larger historic home.

Enter the foyer and head upstairs where you will find a well-stocked kitchen, dining and sitting area to enjoy a meal or morning cup of coffee.

The living space centers around one of the suite’s two fireplaces and is equipped with a 46-inch, high definition TV. Large windows flood the space with natural light, highlighting the 12-foot ceilings. Guests needing to conduct work or for those that enjoy journaling can do so at the desk nestled at the end of the hall.

With 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath, there is space to comfortably accommodate 4 adults. Both bedrooms were designed using serene and natural colors that promote relaxation as you curl under the luxury linens. The first bedroom features a king bed, fireplace, and closet. The second bedroom features a queen bed. Additionally, both bedrooms are outfitted with high definition TVs and air purifiers.

Centrally located, the fully renovated bathroom is stocked with all of the essential bath and personal care products, including a blow dryer. Outside the bathroom you will find a linen closet with extra towels and blankets.

Outdoor amenities include a private patio with dining for 4 where guests can enjoy the downtown vibe.

Consider Corner of Broad your home away from home. During your visit, please feel free to enjoy everything the suite has to offer, including board games, puzzles, a mini library, kids toy bin, bikes (available upon request), grill (available upon request), Wi-Fi, streaming services, complimentary snacks and beverages.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire 1,200 sq. ft. guest suite. The private driveway allows for parking of one vehicle. Free street parking is also available.

Other things to note
The entire suite is located on the second floor and is not handicap accessible.

If you are traveling with little ones, please let us know and we can assist with baby/toddler proofing the suite.

We live in the main house full time which allows us to assist with questions and accommodations quickly. However, we request noise be kept to a minimum at night as we have our own little one that will be asleep.
