This specious Airbnb located on the 2nd floor of a concrete building, offers specious and relaxing getaways. Perfect for a family of 5-6 guests. Located in the city centre, guests can enjoy the convenience of being in a perfect location where lots of great local restaurants, the Ishigaki Public Market in Euglena Mall (5 mins walk), the main shopping street as well as convenience store (3 mins walk) and Ishigaki Port (11 mins walk).
The space

As of November 15, 2025, the queen bed in the bedroom has been replaced with two comfortable single beds. We’ve also upgraded the mattresses to ensure a better sleep experience!

This specious Airbnb has a "Theater Room" where there is a large screen TV with Amazon Prime available as well as sofas to relax on to enjoy watching movies or shows. This room keeps guests entertained on a rainy day also :)
Located on the 2nd floor w/ no elevator inside the building, please keep in mind that guests would have to carry your suitcases up to our Airbnb on the 2nd floor. If you're looking for an accommodation w/ no stairs, we would recommend our other property located on the 1st floor of the same building.
There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms in the house with air conditioning, so it works well for a group of friends, two couples, or small families. 2 of those bedrooms have 2 double sized beds and the other bedroom has 2 single beds, which are all large enough to relax in after sightseeing.

•There is no elevator in the building, so guests need to take stairs and carry suitcases to the room
•We do not have a daily/weekly cleaning service during your stay unless it is requested by guests at an extra cost
• Each guest is provided 1 facial towel and bath towel for their stay.
• More beds or linens than written above can NOT be prepared even if requested.
• We kindly ask guests to purchase consumable goods such as toilet papers, tissues, shampoo..etc for those who stay longer than 7 days if they run out.

■ General Terms
[Identity Confirmation]
As of 2017, it became a legal requirement from the local public health office in Japan for hosts to obtain the following information from every guest who will stay in their property. Please kindly complete guest registery form before check-in as there is no front-desk or staff on site.
(1) Full name, occupation, home address, nationality
(2) For those with a foreign citizenship, passport copies, passport number, next destination
•Only registered Airbnb guest/s approved during booking are allowed to stay overnight.
•For those who refuse to provide the information above, please note that we need to contact police about this matter.
[To Prevent the Spread of COVID-19]
After checkout, we have all the windows open to get fresh air in and sanitize all the places guests may touch. We also ask guests to do the following in order not to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
(1) Please make sure to wear facial mask, wash hands, sanitize hands as often as possible, especially after returning from outside
(2) Please check your body temperature at least once a day. If you or your company is not feeling well and is showing symptoms of COVID-19, please contact us right away, and we will advise you what to do.
[Occupancy Hours of Guest Room]
•The Guest is entitled to occupy the contracted guest room from 4pm to 11am on the following day. However, in cases when the guest is accommodation dated continuously, the guest may occupy it all day long, except for the days of arrival and departure.
•In case the guest occupies the room beyond the time above, extra charges shall be paid as follows:
(1) Up to 3 hours: one third of the room charge;
(2) Up to 6 hours: one half of the room charge;
(3) More than 6 hours: room charge in full.
[Rules & Regulations]
1. Please be sure to review the emergency exit instructions posted on the inside of your guest-room door upon your arrival.
2. When leaving your room, please be sure to lock the door and bring your card key with you.
3. Guests are requested to refrain from smoking in any areas within the building. Smoking in this building will result in the additional cleaning charge of the equivalent two night’s rate. Smoking in non-designated smoking area is strictly prohibited again local law.
4. Usage of fireworks, candles, etc. is strictly forbidden inside guest-rooms or hallways.
5. Please do not rearrange guest-room furniture to any great extent without prior our permission. Guests will be required to pay full compensation for any damages they may inflict upon any part of the building, any loss suffered for which guests bear responsibility
6. Keep the noise level to a minimum at all times, especially between 9pm to 7am. We may ask you to leave if needed.
7. Please kindly take off shoes inside the guest’s room
8. Guests under 18 are not allowed to stay on their own
9. We refuse usage of its facilities by anti- social organizations and their individual members, including members of organized crime groups, radical groups, or their individual members.
10. We also refuse usage of individuals under the influence of drugs or alcohol or who exhibit conduct that may cause fear, anxiety or injury to other guests or tenants, neighbours
11. We do not take responsibility for the loss of money, jewelry, or other valuables during stay.
12. Guests are requested to ensure they do not leave their belongings either at the lobby or at the corridors without our permission.
[Please Do Not Bring in]
(1) Dogs, cats, birds and other animals or pets (seeing eye and assistance dogs permitted) ;
(2) Gunpowder, volatile oils or other explosives or inflammables;
(3) Objects emitting a foul odor;
(4) Unregistered firearms, swords, drugs or other articles the possession of which is prohibited by the laws of Japan.
[Creatures in Ishigaki (Small ants & Geckos)]
You would often see lots of small ants, gecoks, and other insects in Ishigaki. Local people also have difficult time getting rid of them out of their house in lifetime as it's the nature of the tropical climate. We regularly have ants extermination, however, they can be found under some circumstances (such as rainy days, if sugary foods are left out, or if a window is left open). Also, for gecoks, they are considered to bring good luck to home, and local people tend to leave them alone as they are harmless.... So we hope you would understand that by staying in Ishigaki, you encounter insects or creatures during your stay in Ishigaki regardless of where you stay. No refunds will be issued in case you see creatures described above in the house.
[Cancellation due to Typhoon]
We highly recommend taking out travel accident insurance to prepare for the flight cancellations caused by typhoon. For our listing, refunded can be issued depending on situations caused by typhoon. Please note that the amount of refunds can not be negotiable.
▶︎Ex1) If the flight gets cancelled due to typhoon, guests will be fully refunded for the night. If guests decide to cancel the whole booking although there is an alternative flight for the next day to be re-routed, guests will be refunded 50% for the rest of the nights booked.
▶︎Ex2) If there is no alternative flights to be re-routed during the whole period you were going to stay at our Airbnb, then guests will be fully refunded.
*Please note that guests need to cancel the booking via Airbnb and provide us a proof of cancellation for the flight you booked issued by the airline. If the stay has already started and guests would like to leave earlier than their checkout date due to typhoon, no refunded can be issued.
