The space
Villa Baia delle Sirene is located in Capo d'Arco, in the eastern part of the island, 5 km from Porto Azzurro, 10 km from Rio Marina, 12 km from Capoliveri. It is a large private green area fenced and protected by guards where upon arrival you will be issued a pass, necessary to access it by car.
The view of the coast from the Villa extends to Punta Ala and, on clear days, to the island of Giglio, the Orbetello promontory and Giannutri.
If you stay during the full moon, the spectacle of the moon rising from the sea in the early days of the waning phase will be priceless.
Built at the end of the 60s with designer furniture and published in 1969 by the magazine "Abitare", the Villa stands on a sloping land towards the sea from which it is separated by a pedestrian street on clay that in several places will allow you to access the cliff or the beach of the Crocodile, so called for the shape of the rock that protects it.

Thanks to the long experience in the tourism sector and the love for this place, I will give my contribution to make everything work at its best.
The villa has an area on multiple levels of about 250 square meters. My presence wants to be supportive of guests, especially upon arrival because they do not have to take valuable time away from the vacation to orient themselves inside and outside the house and the Capo d 'Arco area.

Other things to note
- The price includes everything you need for a small, sweet, self-service Italian breakfast (espresso, cappuccino, tea, biscuits, juices, etc.)
- A pizzeria and a restaurant by the sea a stone's throw from the house, with the possibility of takeaway, open from mid-June to mid-September.
- I suggest the ferry to Rio Marina with "Toremar". The ride is shorter, cheaper, closer to home, and less busy. On the other hand, departures are less frequent and the road to reach the Villa a little more curving.
